Solvedio - DaaS (Digitalization as a Service) platform

At Aspecta, at the beginning of the crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, we launched the Solvedio platform "on the green field". We responded to the unprecedented need for digitization and digital transformation of most companies, caused by the pandemic situation. Our goal was to take application development to a new level so that we could provide custom solutions, which usually cost our customers a lot of money and take a long time to deliver, in the form of software as a service (SaaS) and their development was orders of magnitude cheaper and shorter. At the same time, we wanted these solutions to be more flexible in terms of agility and operation. From the start, this dynamic platform profiled itself as a spin-off of Aspecta.

Business spin-off in IT

In the IT segment, not only startups have gained popularity in recent years, but also the so-called corporate spin-offs. These have become a popular way for companies to multiply their value and business potential and to focus on new business goals. Much of the popularity of business spin-offs can be attributed to the advantages that this way of doing business offers: spin-offs have the material and personnel support of the parent company, but at the same time they create an innovative environment for the growth of ideas that have been hampered by the circumstances and functioning of the old environment. This is the path we have chosen in the creation of our spin-off project SOLVEDIO.
