Consent to the processing of personal data

(hereinafter referred to as "Consent")

pursuant to Section 13(1)(a) and Act No. 18/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments and Additions to Certain Acts, as amended

(hereinafter referred to as "the Act")

1. Purpose of disclosure of personal data

The personal data provided (e-mail address, telephone number, first name, last name, company name) will be used to send news about ASPECTA,s.r.o., such as articles or information about new services. As well as to contact you back by email, phone calls, SMS or other equivalent forms of electronic communication such as mobile app notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to features, products or contractual services, including security updates when necessary or appropriate to implement them. Personal data is further transmitted and processed in Mailchimp. It may also be stored in a list. The time limit for erasure of personal data is 5 years.

3. Information und Rechte der betroffenen Person

The provision of data to is voluntary.

In particular, the data subject has the following rights under the law: the right of access to personal data, the right to rectification of personal data, the right to erasure of personal data, the right to restriction of processing of personal data, the right to portability of personal data, the right to object to the processing of personal data.

Personal data will be systematically processed by automated means of processing and rigorously secured to comply with the requirements of the law.

4. Consent of the data subject

On the basis of this consent, the data subject grants the controller consent to:

• the processing of your personal data in the lists (Google Spreadsheet) and in Mailchimp by performing an operation or set of operations on that personal data, in particular by obtaining, recording, organising, structuring, storing, modifying, retrieving, consulting, using, disclosing by transmission, dissemination or otherwise, rearranging or combining, restricting, erasing, whether or not by automated means, for the purpose referred to in point 1,
• disclosure, access and transborder transfer of personal data processed according to the specification in point 1, all under the terms of this consent and the law.

At the same time, the person concerned confirms that:

• is older than 16 years,
• has been fully and comprehensibly informed of the manner, scope and purpose of the processing of her personal data,
• had the opportunity to ask additional questions, which have been fully answered, and hereby voluntarily consents to being included in the list and sent to Mailchimp.
