How does it work?
- Uploading data: The customer provides a source of information - public (e.g. website) or private (manuals, documents, internal databases). The data is processed by AI and stored in a secure database.
- Creating a knowledge base: The data is converted into vector form and stored in the Aurora PostgreSQL database. The system can quickly search them using semantic search.
- Start the assistant: Once the data is uploaded, the chatbot is immediately accessible via the browser. Just connect and start a conversation.
- Normal operation: The chatbot receives queries via an API, searches for answers in the knowledge base, and generates natural answers using an AI model (e.g., Claude by Anthropic).
- Secure and scalable environment: The solution runs serverless, with an emphasis on security, data encryption and easy deployment via code (Terraform).
- User interface: The interface works directly in your browser. It's responsive, tailored to your brand and ready for integration.
