Solution

The project was implemented on the Solvedio, within which a new request management application was developed, tailored to the customer’s needs. The application includes:

  • A set of clear forms for entering and processing requests,
  • Registers for vehicles, drivers, routes, diagnoses, physicians, and healthcare facilities,
  • Features for assigning requests to drivers and vehicles,
  • Generation of printable reports for drivers and on-site control,
  • Monthly closings for health insurance companies to support performance reporting and invoicing.

The solution also automates the entry of recurring transports, such as for patients traveling regularly for dialysis, reducing administrative workload and minimizing the risk of errors.

Implementation

The project began with an analytical phase, during which the client’s processes and requirements were defined in detail. After the analysis came solution design and application configuration. Three rounds of testingwere conducted, fine-tuning details and functionalities in close cooperation with the client.

The total implementation time was approximately six months. After successful User Acceptance Testing, the system was moved into production. Deployment was straightforward thanks to the SaaS model. A one-month parallel run with the old system ensured proper functionality using real operational data.
