2. What data we process and why
We process only the personal data you provide through the contact form on this site:
- Name: so we know who we are replying to.
- Email: so we can reply to you.
- Phone number (optional): if you prefer to be contacted by phone.
- Message content: the information you include in your message.
Purpose: to handle your inquiry, including answering questions, preparing a quote, or arranging a consultation.
Legal basis. If your inquiry concerns our services and may lead to a quote or contract, we process the data on the basis of steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For general inquiries we process the data on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our legitimate interest is to communicate with people who contact us and handle their inquiries. You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest at any time.
Providing the data is voluntary and is neither a statutory nor a contractual requirement. Without a name and an email address, however, we cannot reply to you or prepare a quote.
3. How long we keep the data
We keep data from the form only for as long as it takes to handle the inquiry and any follow-up communication, no longer than five years after our last contact. If the communication leads to a contract, we process the data under the terms of that engagement.
4. Who we share the data with
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes. The only third party with access is our technical infrastructure provider, and only to the extent necessary to operate the site and deliver contact form messages:
- Websupport, s. r. o. (Slovakia): website hosting and delivery of contact form messages.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Data from the contact form is processed within the EU. Our hosting provider (Websupport) is based in Slovakia. A transfer outside the EU (to the USA) occurs only in connection with analytics cookies (Google, see the Cookies page). Such a transfer is covered by the European Commission adequacy decision under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or by standard contractual clauses under Article 46 GDPR. We will provide a copy of the safeguards on request at info@aspecta.sk.
6. Your rights
In relation to the processing of personal data you have the right:
- to access the data and information about its processing,
- to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected,
- to have the data erased (the “right to be forgotten”),
- to restrict processing,
- to object to processing,
- to data portability,
- to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
