Leaders in automotive, banking, and telecommunications rely on our solutions

The deadlines are already in effect, and the penalties are clearly defined
Act 76/2026 took effect on June 7, 2026. Written pay rules must be in place by July 31, 2026. Employers with 250 or more employees must file their first pay report by June 7, 2027; companies with 100 to 149 employees by June 7, 2031. Failing to submit the report carries a fine of EUR 4,000 to EUR 8,000, and the labour inspectorate can impose a fine of up to EUR 100,000.
Equal Pay Ready is a cloud service. Both the data and the AI processing run on AWS within the European Union, in line with GDPR, and the AI does not train on your data.
Unprepared vs. prepared companies
- A fine of up to EUR 100,000 from the labour inspectorate
- For an unexplained gap of 5% or more, remedial action within six months
- A joint pay assessment by the ministry
- A pay report ready on time
- The gap broken down into an explained and an unexplained part
- A warning before the situation gets worse
One tool, two perspectives
You prepare the documentation without a consultant
You upload an export from your usual payroll system, and the assistant guides you through the entire process, through to submission of the report.
- An export from a standard payroll or HR system, with no need to adjust the columns.
- The assistant proposes the job evaluation and the employee categories; you confirm them.
- Simulations of remedial action, with the impact on both the gap and costs quantified.
A cloud service with no changes to your systems
No deployment is required in your environment. Both the data and the processing run on AWS within the European Union, and every confirmed change is retained in the audit trail.
- The data does not leave the European Union, in line with GDPR.
- The AI does not train on your data.
- The audit trail shows who made a change and when.
Equal Pay Ready has its own website with details of the act, the deadlines, and how the tool works: equalpayready.eu
Upload, understand, remedy, report
You upload the export
Data from a standard payroll or HR system. The assistant recognizes the columns, flags incorrect values, and reconciles different names for the same role.
You understand the gap
The pay gap is broken down into an explained and an unexplained part, with reasoning that holds up under inspection.
You simulate remedial measures
You can model the proposed measures before implementing them, including their impact on both the gap and costs.
You report and monitor
The pay report in the Slovak format, plus continuous monitoring with an alert if the situation worsens.
All four gaps on one screen
From payroll data to a submitted report
PHASE 01 / 04Uploading the data
An export from a standard payroll or HR system. The columns need no adjustment; the assistant recognizes them.
Job evaluation
The assistant proposes a model of criteria and weightings and evaluates the roles, with reasoning. You confirm it.
Categories and reasoning
Roles of comparable job value are grouped, and a coherent rationale is produced for each grouping.
Reporting and monitoring
You submit the pay report and continue monitoring compliance over time.

How do we know the results can be trusted?
The assistant proposes changes but does not make decisions. Every change is presented as a specific proposal and is recorded only after you confirm it. The audit trail shows who made a change and when. Pay, gender, age, and maternity are never used in the assessment of job demands.
Does it comply with the legislation?
Equal Pay Ready is based on Act 76/2026 and the methodology of the Ministry of Labour, not on a general reading of the directive. User-defined rules remain subject to the Act.
Is it suitable for companies whose HR data is not consolidated?
Yes. The assistant recognizes columns from standard systems, flags incorrect values and anomalies, and reconciles the same role written in several different ways. The data does not need to be prepared in advance.
How much work is it for the IT department?
There is nothing to install. Equal Pay Ready is a cloud service. Both the data and processing run on AWS within the European Union, and your HR system remains unchanged.
