We choose AI tools that suit your work

Public AI services let companies use available AI models without building their own infrastructure. We help you choose suitable solutions for specific tasks, assess the tools and licenses you already have, and determine what is worth adding. This includes setting rules for which business data may be used in which service.

When you need help choosing AI tools

You may already use AI in your company, but it is unclear which tools suit which tasks, how to manage them, or what data may be processed in them.

"We cannot choose a suitable AI model or provider."
"We use the tools we already have licenses for, but we do not know whether they are the best fit for our tasks."
"We pay for licenses our employees do not use."
"We do not want to depend on a single AI technology vendor."
"We want to start using AI without building our own infrastructure."
"It is unclear which business data we may enter into public AI services."
How we choose

How we choose AI tools

We start from the tasks you want to use AI for. Models and services differ in what they can do, so we assess not only their availability or price but above all how well they suit the specific work.

First, we use what you already have

We review your existing tools and licenses and assess which needs they can cover. We recommend adding new solutions only where current options fall short.

We choose from services available on the market

We are partners of major cloud providers and leading AI technology providers. That lets us consider solutions from different vendors and compare how well they fit specific tasks. Partnerships →

We plan for technology to change

We design work practices and the environment so they do not depend unnecessarily on a single AI model. If a better service appears or your needs change, replacing it can be assessed without fundamentally changing how employees work.

Choosing an AI model does not determine how people should work with AI or in which work environment they will use it. We address those areas separately. Framework for work → Tools for work →

What may go in

Which business data you may use in public AI services

Not all business data may be processed in every AI tool. That is why we address usage rules together with the choice of services.

We set shared rules for the company that define which data may be used, in which services, and under what conditions. They include a list of approved tools that shows employees which types of data each tool may be used for, and a procedure for requesting approval of another tool. The rules apply across the whole company, regardless of whether AI runs on public services or in your own technical environment. Data →

Not every rule can be enforced technically

With public AI services, it is not always possible to technically prevent prohibited data from being entered. In those cases, the rules rely on internal procedures and responsible use by employees. For each rule, we therefore distinguish whether a technical solution can check compliance or whether it depends on people, and we state this when designing the specific deployment.

Sensitive data needs a separate solution

If business data must not leave a defined environment, we assess processing it in your own or rented infrastructure. We design the work environment so that such tasks can be redirected without unnecessary changes to established work practices. Infrastructure →

How it works

How it works

Public AI services are often a good starting point, even if the company is considering its own infrastructure in the future. They make it possible to start using AI without first securing your own servers.

We use available AI services

First, we assess which existing tools and services can be used without building your own infrastructure.

We choose suitable models for each task

For each specific use, we evaluate the available models. If one does not fit, we assess another service or an addition to the existing solution.

We set rules for working with data

We define which business data may be used in which service. Employees get access to the shared rules and the list of approved tools.

We provide a suitable work environment

Public AI services can be used through a work environment with managed access. The company can run it itself or use an environment that we operate. Tools for work →

You get an overview of consumption

For services billed by usage, consumption can be monitored and costs planned. This data is used to manage operations, not to assess the performance of individual employees.

We prepare a separate solution for sensitive data

If some data cannot be processed in public services, we design a suitable technical environment for it that fits existing work practices. Infrastructure →

What you get

What you get

Use of available AI services without your own servers

You can start working with AI without building your own infrastructure.

Tools chosen for specific tasks

We assess existing licenses and other available services so you do not introduce new tools unnecessarily.

The option to change providers and models

In the design, we consider the portability of work practices and limiting dependence on a single vendor.

Clear rules for employees

People know which AI tools they may use and what data they may enter.

Consistent rules for working with data

The same principles apply to public AI services and to solutions running in company infrastructure.

The option to process sensitive data in a separate environment

Work practices can be designed to use your own compute capacity as well.

What public AI tools do not cover

What public AI tools do not cover

Processing data that must not leave the company

For such data, a suitable environment of your own or rented capacity needs to be assessed. Infrastructure →

Technical enforcement of every company rule

Public AI services may not allow technical control of every rule. Where that is not possible, compliance has to be ensured through organizational measures.

One universal tool for everyone

We do not prescribe a single AI tool for all tasks. The choice depends on the specific use and existing options.

Developing our own language model

We work with models available on the market and choose them according to the company's needs.

Changing work habits by buying licenses alone

Making an AI tool available does not mean employees can use it in their work. A separate area covers that. How people work →

How to get started

How to get started

In the first meeting, we look at a specific task or business agenda where you want to use AI. You do not need to choose a model or provider in advance.

Together we assess which tools you already use, whether they suit the task, and what data may be processed in them. If another service needs to be added or the work environment adjusted, we propose a suitable approach. Overview of all areas AI adoption →

One specific task is enough for the first meeting. No commitment.
