Work with AI in your browser, without installation or extra accounts
First, we assess which AI tools and work environments you already use and what you need to add. AIGrip Workspace is a work environment for using AI directly in the browser. Employees sign in with their company account, do not need to install anything, and we take care of technical operations. The company manages access and has an overview of consumption and costs. AIGrip Workspace is optional: if you already have a suitable work environment, you can use that.
Leaders in automotive, banking, and telecommunications rely on our solutions

Access to AI directly in the browser
The company account employees already have. No installation, no keys, and no separate subscriptions to individual AI tools.
Ongoing tasks continue after the browser is closed
Work can be resumed from another computer, a tablet, or a phone.
Central management of access and consumption
Access is granted and revoked in one place. The company sees consumption and where limits are approaching.
What makes using AI in a company difficult
Companies introducing AI run into two common problems: employees have complicated access to the tools they need, and the company lacks a clear overview of how they are used. Complicated access discourages employees without technical experience in particular. A lack of overview of accounts, tools, and costs makes management harder for leadership and the IT department.
These problems are mainly about the work environment, access, and management of AI tools, not about the models themselves.
How it works
An employee opens a link, signs in with their company account, and is in their own workspace. The work environment provides access to AI models, runs started tasks, and keeps individual users' workspaces separate. The company manages access and has an overview of consumption.
For employees: access to AI without technical setup
The environment is designed so that employees without technical experience can use it too.
Access without installing or configuring AI tools
You sign in with the company account you already have, under the same sign-in rules as everywhere else in the company. You do not need to install or separately configure AI tools; we handle environment updates as part of operations. You do not deal with accounts or subscriptions for models; access is provided centrally.
Started tasks continue after the browser is closed
Work that is already running runs in the environment, not on your device. You can continue elsewhere: from a work or home computer, a tablet, or a phone. The phone is an addition, not a replacement for a computer.
Every user has their own workspace
Users' workspaces are separate, and access to them follows the configured permissions. Separation is a property of the environment, not an agreement between people. The workspace is prepared in advance with what the work requires and adapted to the person using it: someone who is not technical does not get a technical environment. We handle technical operations; if the environment has problems, operational support is available.
For the company: access management and cost overview
Only authorized users have access
One entry point and the company identity you already manage. Access is granted and revoked in a single step and leaves a record of who signed in when.
Overview of consumption and limits
It lets you plan usage and respond in time to approaching limits. It is operational data on costs and limits, not a measure of people. What it may be used for is set by company rules, not by the environment.
Access to AI models is provided centrally
No separate setup for each user and no accounts the company does not own.
Adding another user does not require a separate project
Once the environment is ready, adding a person is a routine step, not a task for IT. A new colleague can start as soon as they get access.
A company environment instead of private accounts
Employees work in an environment the company manages, not on private accounts and devices.
We handle technical operations
Updates, capacity, and resolving operational issues. The company uses a ready environment without building its own technical operations.
For IT: we handle technical operations
- You do not take over maintenance of the environment. On your side remain the decision about access and the question of where data comes from and what may go where.
- One entry point instead of many configurations: sign-in with the company account, separate workspaces as a property of the environment, and access that can be revoked in one step.
- You do not have to standardize the company on a single product. Workspace adds to what you have; it does not replace office or process systems.
- Workspace does not automatically take content from company systems. It works with the data and materials made available in the environment.
- AIGrip Workspace can also be deployed separately in your company infrastructure.
We assess specific requirements for data protection and regulatory compliance when preparing the deployment, according to your company's conditions. For data classes that must not leave the company, the answer is not the work environment but the infrastructure: where AI runs and where it gets compute and data. Infrastructure →
What you get
- Once Workspace is available, employees can work with AI without separate installation and without arranging access to individual tools.
- Work keeps running when they close the browser and can be continued from another device.
- A new person can start as soon as they get access, and everyone has the same environment, the same tools, and the same versions.
- We handle technical operations and access to AI models. The company decides on employees' permissions and has an overview of costs.
- An overview of what it costs and where limits are approaching. It is data for planning, not a measure of people.
- Operation by us is a choice, not a commitment. If you later decide to run the environment yourself, the operation changes, not the way people work.
Options for operating the work environment
You can use the work environment with operations provided by us, or provide them yourself. Who operates the environment does not have to change how employees work in it.
| AIGrip Workspace operated by us | The company's own work environment | |
|---|---|---|
| Who operates it | us | the company |
| What the company handles | access and rules | access, rules, operations, and capacity |
| Access to models | handled by the environment | handled by the company |
| When it fits | when the company wants a ready work environment without running its own technical operations | when the company already has a suitable environment or wants to run one itself |
| What needs to be prepared | the environment is ready; access and rules are configured during deployment according to the company's requirements | an assessment of what existing tools cover and what needs to be added |
The way it is operated can be changed later. AIGrip Workspace can also be deployed separately in your company infrastructure; you then operate it yourself. That is a project with its own scope, not flipping a switch, but the way people work does not change. In every case, the company's rules for using AI and working with data apply; the difference is who handles their technical enforcement where it is possible. Data →
AIGrip and AIGrip Workspace: different roles
AIGrip is a framework for working with AI, that is, a way of working. Workspace is a place where work can happen. You can use AIGrip in another work environment, and AIGrip Workspace without introducing AIGrip. Neither is a condition for the other. Access, identities, models, and costs are not part of the framework; the company provides them itself, or Workspace does. Framework for work →
The same applies to AI Buddy: AI Buddy helps employees learn to use AI in their work tasks, and AIGrip Workspace provides the environment in which they can work with AI. Both can also be used on their own. How people work →
Tools for work is one of the areas of AI adoption, and it can also be covered by what you already have. Overview of all areas AI adoption →
What AIGrip Workspace does not provide
AIGrip Workspace provides the work environment. The following need their own solution.
- It does not tell you how to work. The environment does not hold work together; that is a matter of the way of working. Framework for work →
- It does not replace guiding people. Access to an environment is not a change in work habits; that comes from working alongside people on their own tasks. How people work →
- It does not replace infrastructure or a separate route for data that must not leave the company. Infrastructure →
- It does not replace office and process systems. It adds to them.
- It does not assess people. Consumption is data on costs and limits, not a measure of people.
- It does not set AI usage rules for your company. You define them according to your own requirements; the environment applies them where it can. Data →
How to get started
First, we assess your existing AI tools, licenses, and work environment. Based on that, we determine whether and what you need to add.
We look at what you already have
The tools and licenses the company has are assessed: what they cover and what is worth adding. You may not need our environment at all.
We choose a group of employees to start
A small group of people and their real work, not a practice example and not the whole company at once.
We prepare the environment and set up access
The selected employees sign in with their company account and work. Nothing needs to be installed or rolled out on the company's side.
Together we define the rules for using AI and working with data for this deployment
What may go where, who has access, how access is revoked, and what happens to what is created in the environment. We set data protection and compliance according to your requirements, for the specific deployment, not in advance in the concept.
You decide what happens next
Expand usage, continue at the current scope, or prepare a deployment in your own infrastructure. Operation by us is a choice, not a commitment.
It is the environment we work in every day ourselves, on our own and customer work; more than a hundred people work in it. In a consultation, we show it to you in actual work, not in a presentation.
Pick one piece of work that slows you down
One specific task is enough for the first meeting. No commitment.
