AI adoption

We help bring AI into people's work and business processes

AI adoption means people do their own work with AI and business processes run with its help. We start from specific tasks and processes and from the tools and materials you already have, and we assess what needs adding. Buying a tool alone is not enough.

Areas

Three groups of AI adoption: people's work, business operations, and a secure foundation

You do not need to know in advance which group applies to you. We start with what you are dealing with and assess what you already have and what needs adding. In some areas we have our own solution, but none requires it: the tools and systems you already use can be part of it. Areas can be handled separately or combined.

Rules · above everything Shared rules for working with data across all areas: which data may be used, where it may be entered, and who has access to it.

People's work and business processes both stand on a secure foundation

How it works

How it works

01

We build on what you already have

Tools, licenses, documents, and earlier decisions are our starting point. We assess what can be used and what needs adding.

02

We work on real tasks

We work on the work people already do, not on practice examples or a separate tool rollout project.

03

Shared rules for working with data

The same data regime applies in every area, even when different tools are used. For each rule we say whether it can be enforced technically or whether it depends on people.

04

Areas can be handled separately or combined

They are not mandatory steps in a fixed order. They can be combined or handled separately as needed. Each changes something different, so you never pay twice for the same thing.

From work to processes

How a work aid can become part of a business process

A tool a person creates while working with AI can gradually help colleagues with similar tasks. Once it is used across a whole agenda, it needs an owner and rules, and it becomes part of how the business runs.

Proposals for change like this come from real work and come with a rationale. Not every tool spreads this way. Most stay with the work they came from.

From practice

How our way of working with AI came about

This way of working grew out of our own tasks and our work on customer topics. Practices that did not hold up in practice were dropped. More than a hundred people work with AI in this framework today.

What you get

What you get

People who work with AI on their own

They use AI in their own tasks and can keep going after the initial guidance.

Work you can pick up again

It does not start from scratch, and another person can take it over.

AI in business operations

Business processes where AI is used where it makes sense.

Tools and rules in one place

A work environment, a catalog of tools, and a single data regime.

An environment for data that must not leave

Without a second platform and without dependence on a single vendor.

Evidence instead of impressions

The difference measured on the same activities, an overview of the real state of work, and measured consumption.

Boundaries

What AI adoption does not do

  • We do not prescribe one tool for everyone, and we do not start by choosing one.
  • AI does not replace human judgment. Intent, decisions, and responsibility stay with the person.
  • We do not measure individual work performance as part of adoption.
  • AI adoption is not a course in operating a tool. If your people need to learn a specific tool, training is the right format.
  • We do not promise a specific result in advance. We measure and document the changes.
  • We do not replace a company-wide AI platform. If you are building one, the infrastructure design takes it into account.
  • We do not develop our own language model. We choose from the models available.
  • We do not treat data protection and compliance as an automatic feature of the solution. They are assessed for each specific deployment, and your organization approves the decisions.
How to get started

How to get started

For the first meeting, one specific task or agenda that slows you down is enough. Together we look at what you already have, what needs adding, and which areas the problem touches. You do not need to choose a tool in advance, and we do not start with a separate rollout project.

Pick one piece of work that slows you down

You do not need to choose a tool first. No commitment.
