Solution
- Frontend: MS Teams (native environment for ST/TMCZ)
- Backend: Python, LangChain, CrewAI, Teams‑AI SDK
- AI Model: Azure OpenAI (GPT‑4 Turbo/4.5)
- Dáta: HR cube in the ST Azure Cloud tenant, accessed via a read-only schema
- Hosting: Azure App Service (Docker image), Azure AI Foundry
The chatbot analyzes user queries, translates them into SQL statements, and uses an RAG approach to interpret responses in the context of HR metrics. Integration with MS Teams ensures simple and fast use for managers, HR business partners, and analysts.
Implementation
The project was carried out in two phases:
- Feasibility Study (Q1/2024): Validation of AI capabilities, security verification, and RLS access testing.
- Production pilot (Q2/2024): Deployment of the solution in the Azure environment, integration with MS Teams, and testing with selected HR teams.
Results and benefits
