The challenge
In manufacturing and remanufacturing processes, accuracy and consistent quality control are essential for maintaining high standards and efficiency. The solution
Aspecta implemented a digital solution on the Solvedio platform that provides end-to-end management of daily check and audit processes. The workflow includes all key roles:
- Supervisor prepares and manages questionnaires according to the production and cartridge remanufacturing plan. The supervisor has access to the control point database, configures visibility, and updates sections according to line type or production series.
- Auditor performs daily checks directly in Solvedio. The auditor sees only relevant control points and enters the result as OK/NOK. A serious nonconformity immediately triggers a notification to the supervisor.
- Dashboard displays all key statistics, including completed checks, identified nonconformities, and breakdowns by auditor or series. Supervisors can filter data by week, month, or financial year.
The solution uses the Notifications, Workflow, Dashboard, Code Lists, and Lists modules, which together create a robust environment for managing control processes.
Implementation
The project was completed in three main phases:
- Business analysis and technical specification, 1.5 weeks: detailed definition of processes, roles, and data models.
- System configuration, 5 weeks: building the questionnaire structure, control points, and workflow.
- Training and deployment, 1 week: training supervisors and auditors and launching production use.
