The 2021 survey analysed the views of 16,000 employees from a variety of backgrounds. 54 % of the workers surveyed said they would consider leaving their jobs after a COVID-19 pandemic if they were not given some form of flexibility in where and when they worked. The ability to work flexibly and the digital employee experience (DEX) has never been more important for this reason as well.
